Hello, I am the Banana currently known as Savannah; online personality, model, comedian and actress. First, let me thank you for reviewing 'folio and taking the time get to know me. Take off your hat, kick off your shoes and stay awhile. Please refer to my Etiquette page for more helpful information. Well, enough preamble, on to introductions...

How do you get and sincerity from these little intro blubs? More often then not I'm guessing you don't. Well, I am a sincere person and I'm here to tell your bit about who I am without all the frills and grammatical acrobatics. Consider this the "T-shirt and jeans" of introductions.

So who is this crazy chick?

I'm the girl next door, basically. Or maybe the weird girl down the block playing loud music, making craft beer and kombucha in her garage. I am an all american millennial born in the wrong decade. I hate computers and love pinup art, live music and vinyl records. I am a cheerful blonde with a deep appreciation for comedic banter, art, literature and gaudy thift store fur coats. (they don't make 'em like they usedta, do they?)

What else? I went to a nice cookie cutter college and got myself a nice cookie cutter degree. Then promptly lit it on fire and threw it right out the window, choosing instead to peruse my various artistic passions instead of sitting at a desk under florescent lights, waiting for my boobies to sag on the keyboard. I'm too perspicuous and idosycratic for that hogwash. 

I also love uneccesarily fancy words. I read veraciously. I devour books like a fat kid eating danish. Not on the kindle, no! That's pure sacrilege. You can keep your fancy future swiping screens. I prefer books with pages, thankyouverymuch! There is really nothing as magical as the smell of an old book.

I enjoy good wine and I consider myself a foodie. Oh, I love fancy nibbles of all kinds. For a small woman my lust for food is remarkable... borderline impressive. Give me chicken and waffles or a big fat steak with sautéed mushrooms and truffle frites, side of garlic aioli, paired with a kick ass pinot and you'll see one happy camper. I also love to foodie out at home. I make bread from scratch and I'm always trying to get my hands on adventurous new recipes.  I am that rare type of model who will eat more then a salad when out at a restaurant.

I spend the rest of my time working out, making art, writing, doing yoga, making music, acting and trying my hand at a stand up comedy. There simply aren't enough hours in the day for the hobbies I have amassed. Why do one thing when you can do it all?! I am a Jane of many names, a June of many tunes, and a Jill of many skills.

I am a very choosy person in general. I like to surround myself with individuals who are kind, clever and engaging. I value people who are wicked smart, (wickAd smaaat if you're from the east coast) that I can learn from.

Connection is important to me and I do not see meeting anyone as a trivial endeavor and I never begin a project without carefully deciding whether or not it is a good fit. Some models/actors just do the gigs they get offered without much thought to how it aligns with their personal ethos. Not me. I want to be enriched by my experiences and to grow as a person so not every opportunity that crosses my inbox will be a good fit.

In some ways I'm all nonsense. I make up songs, I goof around, I once wore a toga to a family members high school graduation... but I am no nonsense when it comes to respect. I don't abide chaos or chaotic/disrespectful people and and I have a pretty zero tolerance policy about it. As my momma used to say, "bring your damn manners or get the hell outa my kitchen!" wise words indeed.

Above all, I believe that life is about laughter and joy and you have to have a sense of humor to really connect with people. So I set my intention to be a force of joy in the world and build my life around all things happy and lighthearted.
